        Emergency Action Plan
           Deploy  Anonymous  Whistleblower  Channels  –  Employees  must

        have a safe way to report unethical behavior or business risks without fear
        of retaliation.

           CEO  "No-Filter  Forums"  –  Create  mandatory  brutal  honesty

        sessions where executives are forced to confront uncomfortable truths.
        If employees aren’t speaking up, something is deeply wrong.

          Make ignoring problems a fireable offense – If a leader knows about

        a  crisis  and  does  nothing,  they  don’t  deserve  their  position.

        Accountability must be enforced from the top.

        corruption thrives unchecked.
